03How a project works

From napkin sketch to finished part.

  1. Send the idea

A description, a photo, a sketch or rough measurements is enough to start. A broken part works too.

  2. Design and agree

We work out the approach together, model it in CAD where it helps, and confirm materials, size and scope before anything is built.

  3. Build in-house

Printing, cutting, wiring, engraving and finishing happen in the Delco shop, with fit checks along the way.

  4. Deliver

You get the finished piece and, where it applies, the files that made it.
